We offer free delivery across the UK mainland, with the exception of remote areas within the Scottish Highlands, where a standard delivery charge (typically £25) may apply.
For all online purchases, you will receive an order confirmation along with tracking details once your rug has been carefully prepared and dispatched.
All UK orders include applicable British VAT.
Shipping fees apply to all locations outside the UK mainland.
International delivery costs are calculated on an individual basis, depending on the size and volume of your order. As a general guide:
Europe: £15 – £25
USA & Canada: £80 – £125
Australia & New Zealand: £90 – £125
For customers ordering from outside the UK, British VAT will be deducted at checkout. Any applicable import duties or local taxes will be payable directly to the courier upon delivery, in accordance with your country’s regulations.
UK mainland deliveries are typically completed within 2–10 working days.
For destinations outside the UK mainland, delivery usually takes 4–14 working days, depending on the country and location.
Should delivery extend beyond 10–14 working days and a confirmed restock date is available from our supplier, customers will have the choice to wait for the item or receive a full refund.
If a reliable delivery timeframe cannot be confirmed for a new order, we will automatically issue a full refund and temporarily mark the item as unavailable until confirmed dates are provided.
As many of our rugs are handcrafted, restock timelines may vary depending on production schedules. All estimated delivery dates are shared in good faith and reflect the most accurate information available at the time of purchase, though they remain subject to change.
